Treating low back pain is a very specialised skill. Many therapies & treatments can actually aggravate pain and symptoms, especially if not applied in an exact way, and based on medical examination before hand.

Often patients think that massage can help low back pain, however in most instances, massage should be avoided, especially if the pain is moderate to high (6-10) on a pain scale.
