Massage is an ancient holistic therapy used for deep relaxation but also to help release built up muscle tension, increase blood flow to speed up healing and stretch muscle and fascia to allow optimum function of the different parts of the body.
Each type of massage is specifically used depending on the needs of each individual. Clinical and remedial massage uses moderate to firm pressure as well and gentle movements of the joints to promote overall relaxation blood flow and healing as is excellent for reducing pain and allowing recovery from injury.
Deep tissue massage uses deep to very deep pressure where needed, often around muscles knotts found in the traps, shoulder blades,glues and leg muscles. It is excellent for deep release of stress & tension, general maintenance of the body, for sports prep & recovery and for some injuries.
Medical Acupuncture
Medical acupuncture Also Has Its Origins in Ancient Healing an Again it has been Developed to Work with a More Advanced Scientific Understanding of the Human Body and is Used After Examination and and Medical Diagnosis
It is an excellent treatment for relieving joint and muscle pain by
Stimulating blood and healing cells within it to promote recovery. Medical Acupuncture often has an immediate Pain Relieving Effect.
